Have you tried our Organic Whole Wheat Croissants? They are great on their own or with jam or butter, but we like to step it up a notch when we are at home. Here is a little inspiration.
Our idea is simple but still unique, just flip the top over. The idea of we eat with our eyes will be on full display. Plus the crumb of a croissant is something to show off. Anyone you make this for will be wildly impressed, I can assure you of that.
Steps:
Slice the croissant in half and toast every side with or without butter. It works both ways.
While the toasting is happening, get your ingredients ready. We used red onions, radish, sliced ham, sharp cheddar, arugula, and fresh eggs. But get creative and make what fits you!
Saute the ham. Put aside
Saute the onions in olive oil. Put aside
Fry your eggs
Don't forget to melt the cheese on/in your eggs.
Place the egg first on the croissant, then layer it up with arugula last.
Place the upside-down top piece on top and get ready to enjoy.
